Nutmeg@CRBCunninghams' Hospital program is designed to help both NHS and private hospitals caring for patients with both physical and mental health needs. This program provides balanced, nutritious meals to a wide variety of patients with different needs for recovery and rehabilitation.
Main Program Features
Individual Choice
Users can select specific dishes appropriate for small groups or individuals and export these into a new menu which can then be analysed the same as the general menu.
Available Program Enhancements
Texture-Specific Meals
Nutmeg's IDDSI module allows dishes to be labelled to its respective category, and filter menus according to each category.
Allergens
This module functions in parallel with your Menu Planning and allows you to identify allergens on your menu quickly and easily to comply with the requirements of the EU legislation.
