Following publication of the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI), Nutmeg@CRBCunninghams has developed a module to help improve the safety, nutrition and treatment for individuals suffering from Dysphagia, or those needing a texture-specific diet. Nutmeg@CRBCunninghams IDDSI module allows each dish to be labelled to their respective category, and filter menus accordingly.

With Nutmeg@CRBCunninghams' new module users are able to:
Input the food/drink texture level for all of the dishes you use and create
Use the recipe analysis software to build new recipes and mark them by category
Identify the suitability of your recipes and menus for people with specific food or drink texture requirements
This module also allows you to flag recipes and menus for particular food texture levels
